Having Trouble Checking Out?


Most of the issues can be fixed by opening the site in Firefox or Google App.

IPhone Users: If you are still having issues please try clearing your browser cache and trying to checkout again:


  • Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.

  • Scroll down and tap on Safari.

  • Now scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on Advanced.

  • Tap on Website Data. ...

  • Scroll to the bottom again and tap on Remove All Website Data.

  • Confirm one more time you'd like to delete all data.


Android Users:

  • Start your browser.

  • Android browser: Go to Menu > More > Settings or Menu > Settings > Privacy & SecurityChrome: Go to Menu > Settings > Privacy.

  • Android browser: Tap Clear cache, Clear history, and Clear all cookie data as appropriate.Chrome: Tap CLEAR BROWSING DATA at the bottom of the screen, leave the defaults selected (browsing history, cache, and cookies), then tap Clear.
